Yes you can, you can get a Monthly 4G plan for $30/Month. It comes with 100 talk minutes, unlimited text, and unlimited 4G speeds. (Up to 5GB of 4G speeds, once past the limit s.peed will be reduced. ) Hopefully this helped

Yes, a $30/Month plan comes with unlimited data. Only 5GB of 4G speeds though. Once past the 5GB, you only get 3G. But it's okay, because 5GB is plenty of data for every month.

Yes/No. If you purchased the S3 from Walmart and later unlocked it than YES you can put a T-Mobile SIM in it and utilize it with a No Annual Contract plan. If the S3 is NOT unlocked than No you cannot use with a T-Mobile SIM until you do.

You should cycle the battery a few times by fully charging it, draining it to zero and repeating. The manufacturer recommends this to maximize the battery life, I normally have to recharge my S3 mid day depending on how much I utilize 4G looking things up on using apps.
