From the limited information available, it appears this is a stripped down version of the Huawei T-mobile prism. It looks to have an Android based OS that DOESN'T include any of Google's services such as the Google Play app store, or any of Google's other services, which means no apps sadly.

It does not have the Google Play Store, App Store (apple), or Amazon App Store. It has the T-Mobile Mall, where you can buy ringtones, music, games, and apps. But I cannot guarantee it because people have stated that they cannot get to apps via T-Mobile Mall.

No, but you can install a custom recovery and rom that has the play store on it, I put cyanogenmod on mine:) Just google it, theres a thread on xda that explains it all!

answer 4
No app store, sideloading, or third parties from stock OS. However, if this phone is rooted using clockwork recovery and then flashed with the cyanogenmod 7.2 ROM (which does by the way void your T-Mobile warranty), you will have full access to Google Play.

***You root at your own risk...myself as well as T-Mobile are not responsible if you brick your phone.

The Summit seems pretty well constructed. My 15 year old boy and two 11 year old girls have one each. Honestly they have not put them down long enough for me to have a decent go at them.
