You can also use a USB cable to connect the phone to your computer (Mac/Windows/Linux). Have the phone turned on. Connect cable to computer and look at the phone screen. It will present a menu of connection modes - select "Mass Storage". The phone will now appear as a drive on your computer. Open the "audio" folder. Inside will be several more folders. Regular music goes in the "music" folder; ringtones in teh "melodies" folder. Just drag and drop your MP3, AAC, or MID files into the appropriate folder. "Eject" and disconnect the USB cable.
Once you are done copying music, remember to "Update Songs" in the Music mode of the phone's Multimedia app to import the metadata.

answer 3
While the phone does not connect to iTunes, you CAN transfer music to the phone via a microSD card. Just connect the SD card to your Mac and load it up with songs. You can then put the SD card into the phone.
The manual isn't too specific about what types of audio files the phone will play. You're probably fine with regular MP3 files, but it's unclear about songs from, say, the iTunes store. The manual says the phone has the capability to play songs with DRM but does not elaborate about which types of DRM are compatible. I would suggest playing around with the music feature if you've already purchased the phone.

I don't know about direct transfer (USB or Bluetooth), but if you have a USB card reader (very inexpensive) you can just use that to put the music files on a microSD card (up to 8 GB), and then insert the microSD card into the phone. Here's how:
First you'll want to format the memory card in the phone, then take it out of the phone and put it in the computer's card reader. Now put your music files in the "music" folder that the phone created on the card. It can play MP3, AAC, and MID files. If you have any you want to use as ringtones, put these in the "melodies" folder.
Remove the card from the computer and put back in the phone. In the media player app, select Music, then Update Songs - this will scan your music folder, reading the title and artist info and building a list of all your music. You'll want to remember to "update songs" any time you've added or deleted songs from your music folder.
This method should work with any computer and operating system - Mac, Windows, Linux, or for that matter, anything you can use to write to a microSD card.
